We handle the complete set-up and management of properties on AirBnB under “Breck Bear Property Management.”
We are available 24/7 to communicate with both the owner and the short-term rental guests,
Owners trust us for full-time property maintenance. We personally care for, hire out, oversee, and ensure maintenance issues are dealt with correctly. We also ensure full management of cleanings.

What is included in your property management service?
Full care, start to end of STR guests

What are the costs to the owner for property management?
25% of lodging revenue billed monthly. Invoices will be sent out the beginning of the month with a 5 day term.
What are costs for maintenance?
Property maintenance will be billed at a rate of $65 per hour in half-hour increments. Smaller property maintenance invoices will be paid by BBPM and added to monthly homeowner invoice. Larger property maintenance invoices will be sent directly to property owner by contractor.
How do you handle incurred costs and reimbursements?
Receipts for household supplies such as batteries, bulbs and other general needs are passed along on monthly basis for reimbursement.
How do you manage Airbnb Payouts?
Airbnb Payouts will be directed to homeowner’s bank account.
Who is our primary contact?
We request one owner as primary point person for general communication.
