No matter what season of the year there are activities close at hand. Bedroom 3 is upstairs providing a queen sized aspen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed with 3/4 bath upstairs.

The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, crock pot, pancake griddle, coffee/tea maker and we keep spices, condiments, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Everything for the gourmand to cook a delicious meal.

There are flat screen televisions in both living areas and in every bedroom. You will also find DVD players with movies, a Wii game system and games, air hockey, foosball, board games and lots of books. No one should ever get bored here! The downstairs living room has a cast iron fireplace; it’s a great way to snuggle up and watch movies together or enjoy a snowy evening in the mountains.

Outside, heated mats on the deck will keep your feet warm as you slip into our Arctic Spa hot tub on snowy days. Fire up our one of a kind, custom-made gas fire pit (just like at the ski slopes). Or, relax in the hammock for afternoon naps and enjoy grilling out on the back deck with aspen-wood deck chairs and a two-seater swing made for summer day lounging.

However you choose to spend your day you can enjoy some of the great local restaurants and shops along Main Street. Our family has been enjoying Breckenridge since the late 1980’s and we are happy to suggest places to eat and enjoy during your stay. Summit County is famous for all of its contests, art shows, music festivals, and outdoor events.
